Meet & Greet at the flight gate. Greeter assisted through immigration, security and customs faster lane (when foreseen). The passengers will be escorted to baggage claim and then out of the terminal. OUR representatives remain at the passengers’ disposal at the airport for a maximum of 2 hours.

Meet & Greet at the departure floor. Passengers are assisted through check in procedures, security, passport control, escorted to the lounge or shopping and to boarding gate. OUR representatives remain at the passengers’ disposal at the airport for a maximum of 2 hours and can also handle sales tax (TAX/VAT/GST) refunds for eligible passengers.

Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total cost.

Please note that in case of adverse weather conditions, to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, the transfer from/to the Airpor can be made by car up to/from the boarding point of Pizzale Roma. The remaining part of the journey will be carried out by water taxi
